Range Rover classic Ute KIT Our rangie Ute kit is available as a self build kit. The kit is designed for the 4 door classic Range Rover . Ute kits can be full welside or tray back. kits are made to the highest standards and can be fully certified. The following page is a brief insight into the building of the Rangie ute. |

| Donor vehicle Our Donor vehicle was a : 1991 V8 3.9 4 Door RangeRover This vehicle had already been modified with a new ss big boar exhaust extractors,and performance tune. |

Rangie striped ready for inspection. The RangRover will be fully inspected for any signs of rust and corrosion and be fully repaired where needed. The Ute will built to a higher standard than the original Rangie. |
| "Rangie Ute" KIT The "KIT" some of the Fibreglass panels that make up the kit. The vehicle will be fully certified when complete. Kits can be purchased from us or Utes can be fully built to your specification using your own 4 Door Rangie. Options are endless ,utes can be built for work or play . Options include: "SUPERCHARGED" V8's , body lifts, Flares,suspension kits,35" tires,Diff locks etc. |

| Roof cut away . With the roof cut away the panels are trial fitted. |

The transformation has begun. With the C & D pillars cut away the Ute starts to take shape. |

Roof frame off cut Whats left of the roof frame. Nothing thrown away until the ute fully is complete. |
| Rear panel trial fit. With the sidelight windows welded in place,the rear window panel can be fitted.(inside tray dimensions 1.5x1.5m aprox ) |

FibreGlass side panels With the side panels in place we can start to line up the side of the ute. The panels are fitted and removed several times to get the lines perfect. |
| Panels and components The ute is ready to be reasembled .The body panels are painted ready to fit and the inner body has been preped and undersealed ready to go. As the ute is built many of the the parts have to be put in place temporarally to be able to fit the next peice and so on. A certified engineer is required to oversee the project and give the final certification on the finished vehicle.
